Customer Care Chat Representative – No Experience Required

Are you a natural at solving problems and communicating online? We’re seeking Customer Care Chat Representatives to join our team and provide top-notch service by engaging with customers through digital platforms like email, chat, and social media. No experience required—we believe great service comes from anyone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

In this role, you will manage customer interactions by logging into our business’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, responding to both support and sales inquiries. Whether someone needs help with a past purchase or has questions before making a decision, you’ll be there to provide timely and effective responses. Comprehensive training is provided, so you’ll know exactly how to handle various types of questions with confidence.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
