What you’ll do: As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll use your keen communication skills to assist customers via email, online chat, and social media platforms like Facebook Messenger. From answering questions about products and services to providing sales links and exclusive discounts, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction—all without the need for face-to-face interaction.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
